For the month of June and the continous unpredictability of our times, we are adapting the keyword ; ‘INTEGRATION’.
We are honoring ritual, routine, polarity and holistic alignment by empowering you with the transformative tools of three essential pillars of wellness that can be seamlessly integrated into your day to day, no matter what your reality looks like right now.
Each morning, we use the transformative power of ritual in routine to set you up for your day with the wellness essentials of :
40 minutes of movement
10 minutes of breathing practices
10 minutes of meditation
By introducing you to all the different ways that these key elements can become a part of your daily practice, you can pick and choose what works best for you as you journey through different approaches that resonate with your own true, inner voice.
